Healthy lifestyle support
Healthier futures for Pasifika people
We believe that a healthy lifestyle is a well-rounded journey: one that nurtures the body and mind.
Our healthy lifestyle advisors emphasise the importance of staying active, making mindful nutritional choices, and embracing the power of peer support in group settings.
Together, these elements create a strong foundation for lasting well-being.

Keem Williams registered for our Pae Ora Healthy Lifestyles Support Program in July of 2023. When Keem first reached out to the HLA team, he suffered from sleep apnea.
Keem’s goal was to become more active to improve his physical and mental health. With the encouragement from the HLA team Keem has been consistent with his weekly swimming sessions and daily walks. Keem has managed to not only improve his sleeping habits and energy levels but has transformed his whole approach towards food and its nutritional value in his life.
Due to his dedication and drive Keem has truly worked towards having a healthier lifestyle, which TAT is proud to be apart of. If you or any family members are striving towards improving your well-being, check out our referral form to register your interest with our Healthy Lifestyles team.
